Saigon Uncorked: Vietnamese Food and Wine Pairing


Restaurateur Chef Lan Tran Cao will lead you through a culinary journey of her native Vietnam at her art infused VietCafe in trendy Tribeca.  A carefully selected traditional fare includes favorites such as crispy spring rolls, lemongrass beef skewers, chili tofu and more. It ends with a not too sweet but indulgent banana flan. While taking in the multi-course dinner and comfortable surroundings, Elisa Kwon, Head Wine Buyer for Morrell & Co. and wine expert, will pair each of the courses with wines specifically chosen to enhance and complement the flavors of the dishes.
