AWIB’s educational class Marketing: For Today’s Small Business was held on April 24 at Microsoft in NYC. Small business entrepreneurs on a limited budget learned about the most cost effective marketing strategies. Strategy Director, Dhara Naik from Likeable Media, showed attendees how to use social media to bring in sales. Real world examples combined with an interactive workshop allowed attendees to put their new knowledge into use. Particular attention was paid to navigating the changing array of marketing and social media tools to achieve results in niche businesses.
Asian Women In Business is once again holding its informative four (4) part series, Starting Your Business 101, an essential how-to guide for budding entrepreneurs and existing small business owners. The classes will be held at Microsoft, Midtown Manhattan location.
